Our effort is focused on creating new forms of life that relate to the human condition and the natural world around us. The term magma draws from Cornelius Castoriadis’ ontology. According to his view, our world is magmatic. In contrast to the traditional Western way of thinking—which tends to perceive reality as something fixed and preconstructed—Castoriadis argues that everything is structured as an ever-changing, stratified magma in a constant state of motion. Thus, magma represents a cosmos of meanings within society, emerging dynamically rather than being reduced to causal determinations.

Our ultimate aim is to cultivate a growing community of individuals from diverse fields, coming together to work and create collectively within a framework of solidarity-based living. To achieve this, we gradually—but concretely—promote the idea of multifaceted work. Beyond economic considerations, we see labor as a creative and expressive force, fostering the holistic growth of both the individual and the community. This process does not stand in opposition to personal and collective freedom but rather integrates them.

At the core of Collectiva lies the principle of autonomy—the condition of self-institution, through which individuals and societies create their own laws and shape their own paths.
